Hi,

My fitbit is in workout mode and I can't end the workout. There is a little lock displayed next to the timer and I do not know how to unlock it.

Help! It thinks I've been swimming for 5 hours now.

If you've enable the device lock feature on your Versa 3, see How do I use the device lock on my Fitbit device?

On the other hand, if you don't have it enabled, I suggest restarting your watch. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I am having the same problem. I have now been swimming for 2 hours 37 mins.

My device lock is not on and I am unable to restart.

HELP!

Problem solved. Apparently it was the "water lock" feature which requires either 2 quick firm double taps of the screen (didn't work for me) or 2 quick presses of the side button. 

Relieved I now know that little trick!
