My active zone minutes is showing that my heart rate is spiking early in the morning (usually around 1:30ish) and therefore counts active zone minutes. My basic heart rate chart does not show this at all. I have no explanation as to why my heart rate would be spiking at this time either

Hi @zmugbug  - well spotted, quite a few other people in the forums have noted the same, it may be a bug.

You can always try a full Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.

That may clear it.
