Versa 3 is tracking my sleep times wrong

I woke up at 4:00 and later synced my watch. It read that I got up at 5:03 and had a 74 sleep score. Ok. Not right but I can live with it. Now at 8:00 it reads that I got up at 6:32 and have an 85 sleep score. Meaningless.

Hi there, @Timethief. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 3. I understand where your concern is coming from. @David_evans Thanks for your help!

I'd recommend to sync your Versa 3 to the app just right after waking up. This will help to make sure that all your data is sync properly.

Also, please note that when your body is completely at rest and you haven’t moved for about an hour, your device records that you’re asleep. For more information, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?

To learn more about your time asleep in sleep stages, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?

Edit or delete sleep logs in the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?

Hope this helps.

It did sync the first time and gave me the wrong wake time. It then gave me a different time later and a higher sleep score. I may have been on my iPad, but was not asleep, so I’m not sure why my sleep score should increase by 11 points. This is why I believe it’s not accurate and therefore meaningless.
