My versa 3 seems to think I’m in deep sleep in the evenings when I’m watching TV. I’m synced to iPhone 12 pro. Is there a way to adjust?

Hi there, @SLBab. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Versa 3.
Please note that when your body is completely at rest and you haven’t moved for about an hour, your Fitbit device records that you’re asleep. This might be the case when you were watching TV. For more information, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
Edit or delete sleep logs in the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?
