Hi! My Versa 3 is counting way too many floors. Yesterday I actually did about 6, but the app says I did 88! This was all on pretty flat ground.
This morning it thought I'd done 11 floors before I came down from bed.
I'm aware there's a method to tell the device you were driving and it will cancel out the extra floors, but for a lot of this time I was walking, so don't want to lose the steps/heart minutes etc

Hi there, @bellethestinker. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 3 is tracking too many floors. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Please note that Fitbit devices may give you credit for extra floors for a variety of reasons. Devices may track floors while doing everyday tasks such as opening doors, driving, or riding elevators or escalators, or from abrupt weather and atmospheric pressure changes. Exposure to excess moisture can also result in extra floors. For more information, see How does my Fitbit device count floors climbed?
If you want to remove floors from your account, please How do I delete steps and floors in the Fitbit app?
