My Fitbit Versa 3 was new in Aug but for the last few months it has been over counting stairs. Did 2 flights before getting up recently 😂😂. And now am averaging 40 flights a day. Not bad for someone in a ground floor flat who works from home.

Hi @PlyDev23 - first try a Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on charge to restart it and charge.
If the problem continues you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support. As it is under warranty the can replace it.
