What to do if my versa 3 is counting too many steps? It has been going on for over a week.

Hi @DrTulip  - in case of a temporary issue restart the watch, and in the Fitbit App, click profile photo and make sure you didn't add MobileTrack, if so remove it 

 

As you know the watch measures hand movements as steps but theses are filtered to exclude pure hand movements, if possible. 

 

To improve the filtering specify dominant hand in the web dashboard, click on your device and change and submit and sync the watch.

im still having issues with step counting super high even after resetting my versa as instructed.
