Today my Versa 3 started turning itself off and on out of the blue, it was vibrating every couple of minutes on my wrist until it completely went black. I put it on charge and it immediately come back on but I couldn't use the touch screen and it wouldn't respond to the button being pressed either. It then started turning itself on and off whilst on charge and when I took it off charge it was just a black screen.
I have followed all the tips to try and reset the watch but nothing is helping. It's only just 2 years old. I've had previous models that worked much longer than that.

Hi @OliviaHx - if you managed to factory reset the watch and use it with the default clock face and it is not working, it has a fault.
Consider your options closely if buying a new watch as later Fitbit models don't have all the features of your watch which makes them far less competitive than other brands. Some brands can have as much as a 14 day battery life.
