Versa 3 is unresponsive after swimming

during swimming my Versa 3 started flashing and vibrating then went blank. I have tried to restart but no response.

Could you please check if there's water visible in the back of your Versa 3?

Try to do the following too:

  • Clean the contacts of the watch with a toothbrush and fresh water and gently clean the pins on the charging cable with a cotton swab and some rubbing alcohol.
  • After that, charge the watch for 30 minutes using a different USB port on a computer or other UL-certified wall charger.

Thank you for your email. I can’t see any water in the back of the watch. I have tried the cleaning and charging you suggested but there is still no response.
