I bought this watch for the sleep diagnostic. Ihave turned off reminders to move. I have turned off all alarms on my phone and watch. I have put it in do not distub. I have turned off the stupid option that took ages to find to stops the **ahem** thing vibrating during do not disturb. I have turned off all notification settings except for calls. This watch is ruining my sleep. How can I stop it vibrating and saying "look alive" I bought this for sleep and it keeps waking me up. Is there any single option to stop it vibrating at night! It seems like I can go to all the effort of changing all these settings and the alarms just grow back im about to throw this watch in the bin im so tired.
Update: Edit I never want it to say look alive, ever please.
Moderator Edit: Clarified subject

Hi there, @Beanicus. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the inconvenience with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling.
I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. If the steps they recommended you did not work, please feel free to contact our team again for further assistance.
Nevertheless, I'd like to mention that the "Look Alive" message is part of your alarms and it seems like you have Smart Wake feature enable. Smart Wake attempts to find the best time to wake you starting 30 minutes before the alarm time you set. For more information, see How do I set an alarm on my Fitbit device?
If the above doesn't describe your issue, it might also be the alarms you've set on Alexa app. To turn it off, please open the Alexa app on your watch and tap the alerts icon in the top right, and swipe left or right to navigate between alarms, reminders, and timers. Tap an alarm to turn it off.
Note that the alarms and timers you set with Alexa are separate from those you set in the Alarms app or Timer app. For more information, see How do I use a voice assistant on my Fitbit smartwatch?

Try scrolling down to restarting device it reboots like a computer that’s buggy. Then slip fingers over both sides under to restart on Fitbit settings on watch alarms are there as well as timers check delete those also your choices in quick view make sure you don’t have exercise alarms or timers in your quick setting choices as movement can easily trigger the start walk or other exercises while asleep just hitting watch
