The light on the fitbit is bright and gets in my eyes all night. Ugh. How do I stop this?

While reading your post I was wondering if your Versa 3 is lighting up due to your arm movement or it displays a message on the screen like a notification? If you do get a notification, may I know what does it say?
On the other hand, if it's only due to the arm movement, I suggest you enable the sleep mode feature to avoid this from happening. When the sleep mode setting is on:
