I’m having the similar issue, mine syncs but would not completely turn on, all I see is the Fitbit logo, this happened today after I put the watch to charge, now it won’t turn on

Same deal for me!  It's so annoying. I keep rebooting to no avail.

Call the customer service, I ended up accepting their discount offer and bought a new one with discounted price because mine was no longer under their one year warranty

Same thing is happening to mine at the moment. So flustered I got on to chat with a fitbit rep. No luck so they sent me the replacement link. I wish there was an option for a replacement of a different model since this one seems to have so many issues. But I'm not going to pay for a new device when this one is less than 2 months old 😡 do better, Fitbit
