I am so frustrated. I have gone through 2 Fitbits. I received a Charge 3 for my birthday in October 2020. It broke in July 2021 and was not repairable. Then I bought a Versa 3 in August 2021. It was working FINE this morning, now, NOTHING works...the green light is off, not of the buttons work. It is fully charged. I give up. I love the information that Fitbit gives but I am tired of spending money on a product that does not last.

The exact thing has happened to me… my Fitbit died right after I had it a year and got the Versa in July and just the last 2 days it’s not doing much of anything… charge it and it’s dead right after… wasn’t reading heart rate …
very upset this is happening !!
