Hello fitbit community
I hadn't used my fitbit versa 3 for around 3 months but recently charged it to start using it again.
I had a notification from fitbit which says 'firmware notice: update device firmware immediately', which I did and it was successful.
However I'm getting continuous notifications to update the firmware and I have updated it a few more times since but it will not stop telling me to update the firmware.
It seems to be syncing my steps but I get an error on the app which says 'To sync reliably, let fitbit link to your versa 3'. When I click on that error to link, it is never successful, saying there's an error trying to bluetooth pair my device.
I'm baffled, does anyone know what's going on here?
