Versa 3 keeps auto tracking biking when I'm not even moving

My versa 3 keeps auto recognising ‘bike’ on my watch and starts tracking.  It will start when I’m sitting doing nothing. It’s very frustrating, I keep having to stop it but it logs it as activity. I have turned the auto recognise exercises off but it still does it. Very frustrating, am i missing something?
