I finally came to this forum after 2 years thinking that this is normal. But it has frustrate me as the Versa 3 i am using is basically just a Watch! all other smart features does not work when it is not connected to the phone. I have re-paired, re-connected, re-booted, re-installed, Updated firmwares, you name it. But everyday after any of the activity is done, I am greeted by the small white rectangle with a line across it. "No connection".
Is this a common error with Iphones? as i remember i was using this briefly with a Samsung Phone and i did not have this issue. I have seen and read all the previous thread from Fitbit moderator and "experts" on this community page and cannot see any actual Permanent fix. So where do we go from here? Did i miss something? can someone actually fixed this? or provided a permanent fix? Thank you and much appreciations in advanced.
