Versa 3 shuts off randomly even with a full battery. Would only turn back on if connected to charger. Factory reset didn't solve issue.

Hi @msumms - it would seem faulty, however if after the factory reset you installed the same clock face you had before (rather than the default one) it can be an issue.
However it sounds more like a bad battery connection inside such that powered by a charger it works but doesn't otherwise. Try gently tapping the watch from different angles to see if it makes a difference and confirms the problem.
If it's still under warranty, 1 to 2 years depending on country, it can be replaced.
