Recently my versa 3 has been vibrating, then a circle, or bubble will appear around the heart. What does that mean?

Hello @KaylaDrazdoff and welcome to the Community.  Can you please give more details?  Is this something you see on your clock face?  What clock face do you use?  Can you add a photo?

Yes, I see it on my clock face. I can't remember what clock face I have. I
have attached a picture of it. But the circle around the heart for heart
beat has only happened like 5 or 6 times. Not long enough to grab a
picture.
