Versa 3 keeps vibrating even after answering the call

My cell phone calls continue to ring/vibrate on my watch after I have answered the call; always used to stop vibrating once call was answered

Hi there, @Bethtaja. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience you're experiencing with your Versa 3 after answering calls as this behavior shouldn't happen. I'll do my best to help you with this. 

Since it's related to the call notifications I'd recommend trying the following:

  1. On the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > Versa 3 > Notifications and turn off call notifications.
  2. Restart your Versa 3 and reboot your phone.
  3. Turn back on the notifications on your Versa 3 and the Fitbit app.
  4. Try receiving a call notification one more time.
