Versa 3 keeps vibrating even after answering the call

My phone is connected to my Versa 3 and I can answer through the Fitbit.  But if I answer on my phone the Versa 3 keeps ringing even though I am talking on the phone.  I have tried the reboot sequence suggested in other posts but it will be ok for a bit and then go back to vibrating. This is really annoying. Is there a fix?

Hi there, @JoViv. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot this issue before reaching out. I understand how annoying this can be. I will do my best to help you with this! 

This shouldn't happen, and since it's related to the call notifications I'd recommend to try the following:

  1. On the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > Versa 3 > Notifications and turn off call notifications.
  2. Restart your Versa 3 and reboot your phone.
  3. Turn back on the notifications on your Versa 3 and the Fitbit app.
  4. Try receiving a call notification one more time.
