Versa 3 locked

Hi, I wonder has anyone else had their Versa 3 lock? When I try to swipe to use the widgets I get a notification to unlock with my phone. Also it doesn't sync with my phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated, cheers

If you set a pin to keep your Versa 3 secure you'll be prompted to enter a personal 4-digit PIN code to unlock your device. If you set up Fitbit Pay, the device lock is turned on automatically and you’re prompted to set a code.

 

To reset or change the PIN code on your watch, please:

 

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab> your profile picture > your device image.
  2. Tap Device Lock.
  3. Find the option to change your PIN code.

If you enter an incorrect PIN code 10 times, you're prompted to unlock your Fitbit device with your paired phone. To unlock your device with your phone:

 

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab. > your profile picture > your device image.
  2. Tap Device Lock.
  3. Find the option to reset your PIN code.

Do know that after you reset your PIN code, you must add your cards to Fitbit Pay as if you were setting it up for the first time.

Hi MegaBite, thanks for taking the time to answer my post. I do have a pin code on my Versa 3 for security but I am getting nothing on my watch face other than a notification that says "unlock with your phone" and I can't find anything on the app to do this. Thanks for trying anyway

Hello again @eilishdebruin 

Have you tried just restarting your Versa 3? You will NOT lose any of your data performing a restart. Just press and hold the button on your Versa 3 until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button. You will feel the Versa 3 vibrate indicating your restart is complete.

You can find ways to contact them here: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US I find calling them directly at 877-623-4997 the best way but the link will take you to live chat as well which is another great option.
