Versa 3 lost charge when is turned off (drain)

In the night i turned off my versa 3, i Lost 12 % of battery!! This night i tried to Active DnD, i Lost 3/4 %. How It Is possibile? When a device is off should not Lost battery.. i asked and It seems normal also for other people Who have versa, sense etc.

Hi @freezer97 - your watch is never fully off because batteries drain over time and the time may still be running even when switched off.

 

However 12% seems excessive if you did a Shutdown from the watch Settings.

 

At night it is good to setup a Sleep schedule in the watch settings, this saves some battery but other features which run at night can eat into the battery life, such as Snore detection or the SpO2 tracker app and clock faces. See other drainers in How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life. 

 

Try again Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.
