Versa 3 - lots of annoying issues!

Versa 3 controls does not pair anymore - won’t even show up to pair. Can’t get any wrist call notifications. 

I used to be able to start and stop my exercise routines (weights, spin, yoga, etc) and get data for those specific exercises. Now when I push exercise, nothing happens. THIS WAS ONE OF MY FAVORITE & CONVENIENT FEATURES!!! The automatic exercise detection is usually wrong. 

Assistant is constantly disconnecting.

It often tells me to open the app on my phone if I want to do something and then gives me an error that it can’t find my phone when I’m holding it in my hand!

It’s not fun any more.

I get more annoyed daily and thinking of moving to a different device (and different brand)

Hi @BRob50 - the issues may be more related to the new V4 Fitbit App which can lose connection, then things like notifications, calls and syncing stop working.

To temporarily get connected, try toggling Bluetooth off/on, or restart the watch, or restart the phone.

Once syncing:

For calls, set it up in the app again and check your settings in watch Settings.

For Exercises not working on the watch, try on the device page in the Fitbit App to Add more devices, select your watch and replace.

If that doesn't help a factory reset will, but it isn't without risk. Once started wait 5 minutes and if it works set it up again if you can.
