The mic on my versa 3 is not working and the help number is useless. Can someone pls tell me where I can get my tracker checked

Hi @Vidyagayathrin - did you check in the watch Settings, Vibration & audio that the Microphone is turned on?
Sometimes the watch may need cleaning or is simply faulty and needs replacing under warranty where you bought it hopefully.
You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
