I was just wondering why Fitbit would remove an option to store music on a watch that has plenty of room for it.
This watch is supposedly better than the Versa 2 but apparently, the Versa 2 can store mp3s and the Versa 3 can't.
That is an incredibly terrible downgrade and I am really considering switching to an apple watch instead of upgrading to the versa 4 or the latest sense

HI @NinjaDUDE97 - currently the Versa 2 is probably the best all rounder. The Versa 4 and Sense 2 don't have as many features as their predecessors so that would not be an upgrade. The Apple watch does not have a good battery life so it's also worth considering the Garmin Venu 2 Plus which does.

@NinjaDUDE97 Fitbit rarely, if ever, gives explanations for the changes it makes. We will never know. But I do want to clarify that you can’t store personal music on the Versa 2. That feature existed when the Versa 2 was released. It was removed in October.

@LZeeW- just to be clear, when you say "you can’t store personal music on the Versa 2.", do you mean that it is no longer possible to install the PC program for installing music on the Versa 2?
But if you already had the program installed does it continue working to load personal content to the watch, or was that disabled too?
Also presumably what was already loaded on a Versa 2 continues to play?

@Guy_ The Fitbit app for Windows 10 and Fitbit Connect were deactivated in October. I believe users can continue to play stored music files.
It was completely deactivated. Owners of legacy devices can’t sync with their PCs, either.
