Versa 3 - my experience

I have been a fan of Fitbits for a long while, and whilst I have persevered with the Versa 3, I think this will be my last! Since I had it, I have never seen what it offered over and above the Versa 2, but the following are just getting worse;

- every time it gets wet … I get a message to activate my Wallet … very annoying! Even more annoying in that I wish I could activate my Wallet, but here in the UK, there are hardly any banks signed up. Grrrrr!!!

- again, periodically it changes the settings on its own, like silent mode / syncing with phone / alarm settings 
- lately it keeps shutting down and rebooting … but then I’m 3 or 4 minutes behind - if I miss it happening. 
- it constantly mis records exercise I do. 
The only things I see as positive are:

- the battery life is great!

- at last the watch straps are really good! 


This is without a shadow of doubt the worst Fitbit I’ve ever had!

Hi @Mastibby - sometimes the watch and water aren't a good mix.

 

You have 2 options, to restart the watch this will fix temporary problems. Factory reset the watch and set it up all over again for permanent problems and avoid contact with water, that is unless it has already suffered internal damage.
