I went to bed with watch fully charged, but woke up to no sleep tracking. After some troubleshooting, realized my heart rate monitor stopped. The Versa 3 doesn't have an option to turn it off. There are just two dashes where a number should be. I cleaned the charge contacts and factory reset my watch. I have now discovered my watch won't charge. It gives a message that says it's slow charging and to change outlet. I have tried different outlets and blocks and even purchased a new cable. Not only will it not charge, but when plugged in, it actually DRAINS the battery. I had two days worth of charge left and plugged in took it down to 7%. Any Other ideas, besides cleaning the charging ports and restoring factory settings?
