Versa 3 no longer displaying words for the menu. I've tried resetting it, next I've tried unpairing it but it isn't displaying the 4 digit code just a circle

Hi @Nicolaqw - to proceed if you don't get the code, your only option is a factory reset with the button. (This is the normal resolution to your problem of a corrupt OS anyway)
You can always chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support for help with that.
