Versa 3 no longer on device list after I switched to kids view

My versa 3 disappeared from my device list after I had switched to kids view and then back again. 
I am still receiving notifications from my phone on my Fitbit but cannot sync the data from Fitbit to my phone/app. 
I’ve restarted my phone and the app.

Thank you for sharing the steps you took with us.

To solve this, I recommend that you try setting up your Fitbit device again. It is not very common, but there is a small chance that the device will be removed while setting up a family account. Please click here to learn how to set up your Fitbit Versa 3.
