My versa 3 keeps saying internet isn't available when trying to access the gallery. I have tried restarting it, factory reset, restarting my phone, Uninstalling the fitbit app, restarting my wifi router, I've even called customer service on 3/26/22 and I'm still not able to connect to the gallery. I have a Samsung Galaxy S10+. All other functions work fine. When I set up wifi it says I'm connected even after I sync my fitbit. Getting irritated because I've had the Versa for about a week and I can't customize it. Never had these issues with the ionic.

Hi @Neonorange1071 - this can be with a Samsung - check the cases in No internet connection
While Internet in general may be fine the Fitbit App has special considerations in some cases.
