Versa 3 not charging

So I get my Versa 3 today, open it up, connect the charger, battery shows 64%. I run thru the setup, get everything set and leave it to charge. Now it's at 52% after being on the charger for 2 hours. I've rebooted the thing, switched to different devices (all easily charge my iPhone and iPad, one even charges my pinebook pro), but it's still draining.

Any ideas?

There is no physical damage to the charger it just seems to be very sensitive to achieve a successful connection for it to charge.   My watch also goes flat even when it is shut down on 100%?

Ok how do you work this one out then.

Myself and my wife both have a Versa 3 with original charger. 

 

Mine charges here's doesn't 😮

I'm having the same issues with my Fitbit Versa 3. Just started wearing it 3 months ago, it's worked great. Then this past week it quit charging. The factory charger looks fine, no visible damage. Contacts on the factory charger look fine as well.

@JMayne . Nice to see you here. Thank you for your report. Please try to use another USB port/wall adapter and charge the Versa 3 for at least 30 minutes. 

Then try to restart it: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Mine stopped charging for months and I gave up on it.  Then tried another port and was really excited to see my clock face.  That lasted less than 30mins before turning into a flashing green screen.  Watch is getting very hot.  No idea what to do.

Mine simply won’t hold a charge.  At 6:30 this morning it was at 94%.  Less than 14 hours later it is below 5%.  I’m using all the official stuff.  Pretty aggravating given that it’s not even 2 years old.  Thoughts?

I use only Fitbit material and my Versa 3 has not been able to charge yesterday or day, please advise on how to correct.

As others have reported, the troubleshooting steps you provided don’t work.

Just joining this thread as I TOO have a Versa 3 that doesn't charge. It's 4 months old and i've already had the watch and the charger replaced. I have done all the suggested fix steps. What do you have to do to get a refund here? It's too late for a store refund but it's in warranty and it's never been fit for purpose.

Received Fitbit for Christmas.  Had trouble getting it to charge from beginning.  Now will not charge at all.  After reading comments bought a new charger.  I’m hoping that will work.  But I shouldn’t have too.  I have used many different Fitbits.  This one is the worse.  I love the look of it but it does me no good if it doesn’t work.

I did chat with you. The watch can't be refunded because i didn't buy it from the fitbit store. So I just have to keep sending them / the chargers back and getting them replaced until the warranty runs out. Won't be buying a **ahem**bit again.
