Through trial and error I have found that several of the free watch faces have a problem connecting to Wi-Fi. If you Use the standard watch face I am finding there is no problem. at least that is what my husband and I have found out with our versa threes. I hope this helps someone.

Since going back to the original clock face my versa 3 is connecting perfect. It was a a problem using some of the free clock faces.
