I recently got a new phone (both iPhones).
Did not have any issues with old phone connecting. New phone will not connect with versa 3. Have followed all the advice on the app plus deleted and reinstated app.
also have noticed since this problem that my versa clock is five mins slow at all times.

Hi @Versa3Help3 - firstly if the watch doesn't sync then it can't set the time accurately.
This can happen when changing phones [basically too many Bluetooth devices]. Make sure that you turn off the old phone, or at least turn off Bluetooth.
Logout of the app on the new phone and restart both watch and phone.
When you login again head to the phone home screen without closing the app and click on the sync popup, it should pair and link.
If not, in the app, click profile photo, "+Set up a Device" and replace, that should remake a good Bluetooth connection.
