I've seen several comments about the Versa series of watches not counting floors and I've tried every single recommendation. I've cleaned the watch, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, rebooted the watch....nothing helps. For the last few weeks I've noticed another problem. I suspected the mileage and steps were off, so I walked the same exact route 3 days in a row. The first day, Versa said I walked 3.74 miles. The second day it said the same exact route was 3.40 miles. The third day it was 3.63 miles. I would love to hear why this is happening and what I can do to fix it!

Hi @linbai - if the watch suddenly stopped counting floors, it probably has a fault or the sensor hole is blocked, but to clean it is precarious as it is as sensitive as an ear drum and easily damaged and may only be a software issue.
If a restart does not fix it then a factory reset possibly can, though it is a lot of effort for getting the information that has no bearing on any other measurements and may not succeed because it is more likely a hardware issue.
As regards the distance issue, you need to verify if the steps are the same, and also whether you use GPS or not when you start the exercise manually. It you are letting it auto start, it may not be starting at the same moment, so the step count is important. Note if it pauses too at any point.
