My Versa 3 has been misbehaving over the last week, still syncing but none of the figures are showing on the screen, only the icons for heart rate, steps etc.
So far i have restarted it appx 20 times, changed the clock face which worked to at least get the time back on but nothing more. I then disconnected it from my profile (as this has worked before), but when trying to pair again, it did not display characters and after another restart, it can't be found by my phone.
I've only had this since September last year and at the moment it is just a nice looking watch!

Hi @LoopylouC Ohh not good at all. I'd suggest you contact Fitbit Support . The restarts you did didnt help and it should still be under warranty.

Thanks NellyG, i spoke to support who confirmed it was a terminal error and a new one is now on the way!
