Versa 3 not getting notifications

my versa 3 isn't sincing up to my apple computer; I no longer get notifications on my Versa 3; where is the support for this product?

Before considering other options, make sure to follow all the steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications. This has been useful for other users experiencing the same problem. 

In addition to the steps mentioned earlier, make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed and to check all the compatibility requirements here. Keep in mind that you need Android OS 8.0 or higher or Apple iOS 13 or higher on your phone and that you won’t see notifications on your Fitbit device if you turned on the Do Not disturb Icon or Sleep Mode.

Hi, thanks for your help. I can now see notifications. However, my Apple computer which I charge my Fitbit to is not syncing up, is that because I have to get the updated version of Fitbit on that Apple computer?

Thank you for the response and the inquiry.

In fact, there is no possibility to sync with Apple computers, only with iPhones or Android cell phones or tablets.

Maybe I’m saying this wrong. I have to charge my Fitbit using my Apple computer. I must have the Fitbit app on the Apple computer. Does that Fitbit app have to be updated on my Apple computer?

I'm sorry, maybe I didn't say that correctly.

We no longer support Fitbit app on Apple computers. We can just use the Fitbit app on Android devices such as phones or tablets and on iPhones.
