Versa 3 not holding charge

My versa 3 is 2 years old 

I have always only ever changed it when it’s low and always used my original charger. The last 3 days I have had it on charge for hours and it charges up to 100% I take it off and only seems to last less than an hour

Hi @Leigh-aj  - unfortunately the watch has a fault and if it gets hot while charging stop immediately..

You could try a factory reset [while on charge from the watch Settings, About Sense menu but it may not cure it and you might no longer be able to set it up. Once started wait 5 minutes before doing anything with the watch to allow it to complete the process.
