I upgraded my phone at the end of November and since then, my Fitbit hasn't been notifying me of new messages and emails. It does notify with incoming calls though.
If I swipe down to see the notification center, I can see new messages and emails there, juts not being notified of them.
I have checked to make sure that all notifications are on through the app and my settings, just not sure what else to do.
Any help would be appreciated.

Actually, the notifications aren't showing when I swipe down on the watch. I can sometimes see all the notifications, but not sure when or how. So the watch neither notifies or shows the notification when I receive one on my phone.

@HollAll what kind of phone did you have previously and what kind do you have now?

@alexthecat Thank you for your help.
@HollAll , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and help.
Please make sure that the Versa 3 is not on Don't Disturb mode or Sleep mode. To turn these off just swipe down to see the quick settings. Tap on the desired setting to be changed.
Also verify that the phone is not on silence mode.
If you haven't done so yet, please have a look at this: Why are notifications delayed or missing?

Hi @JuanFitbit,
Thanks for replying.
I have checked that neither the phone nor Fitbit device is in sleep mode or anything similar. The Fitbit app has full access and unrestricted battery usage.
I looked through the link you sent and did everything that it mentioned, other than the Bluetooth connection. I'm not sure how to test that.

@HollAll Samsung has it's own messaging app and that is the default on those phones. You may need to make sure that Fitbit knows which messaging app you are using.
Here's how to check that: Tap your device icon in the upper left of the Fitbit app. Tap Versa 3. Tap "Notifications". Tap "Text Messages". Verify that you have the correct app set here:
In this image, I have selected the Google Messages app. The Samsung messaging app is below that. If you are using Samsung Messages on your new phone, that is the one you need to select on the Fitbit app.
