My Versa 3 used to pulsate when I hadn't moved much in an hour. It doesn't alert me any more. Nor does it throb when I get to 10,000 steps

Do you have DND (do not disturb) or Sleep Mode turned on?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

In Quick Settings on wrist; from clock face, scroll left (swipe right) one screen.
