I have successfully paired my new Versa 3 but it won't receive texts. It receives all other notifications from apps. Both Versa 3 and Versa 3 Controls show up in my device settings.

I am having the same issue and getting an error message that says "notification service not working" phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on tracker. I've done everything suggested and still not working

Did you try turning you text preview to "Always on"? I used to keep it at off, but they updated their software and you must have the preview set to on "Always on". Settings>Messages>Notifications>Show Previews. This was the only way it fixed on mine.

That is exactly what is happening with my Versa 3. Very Frustrating!

It is 2023 and it is still not fixed. I have been on the phone with no luck for 45 minutes. This was $150 watch. Unacceptable.
