Versa 3 not recording breathing rate

I've been wearing my versa 3 to bed for sometime now and it never tracked my breathing. Most of the other features track, but not the breathing. Do I need to turn on a feature?

@Tonio08 Hi there. Thanks for the details mentioned.

There's no need to turn on any feature, just double check the following:

  • Wear your device for at least 1 full day (during the day and to sleep at night). Check your stats after you wake up in the morning.
  • Make sure the back of your device is in contact with your skin. The band should be snug but not constricting. If you experience any discomfort, loosen the band, and if it persists give your wrist a break by taking it off.
  • Most metrics require at least 3 hours of quality sleep. If you move a lot during your sleep or the sleep session is too short, you might not get a reading.

Hope this helps.

I'll try this and see what happens. I was chatting with one of the customer
service agents and was told to change the sleep sensitivity and wait 3
nights. This is my second night. Now I'm not getting other data to load.
Hopefully tonight is better.

@SilviaFitbit something is definitely not right. I slept between 10:39 - 4:29 and it only recorded 2hrs 49 mins sleep. How is that possible? When I check further, it shows that I was awake for 209 mins but I wasn't

@Tonio08 Thank you for getting back.

I appreciate that you contacted our Support team. It's odd that your whole night's sleep wasn't tracked. Since you mentioned that you already had a case with our team, please continue the communication with them, this to avoid any confusion and provide the best assistance possible.

See you around.

I find that wearing it snug gives better results while sleeping
