I had purchased a versa 3 from Fitbit online store few days back. But I am disappointed that the product is still not shipped by Fitbit. Not sure when it will be shipped from Fitbit end. Despite trying to get in touch with customer support, the only reply i get is , it will be intimated when the shipment is dispatched but no concrete dates. Hope someone looks at shipping delays. My order number is 220214-7404-3942869

Hi @Ajakr these are the community forums and we're users of the Fitbit products, but can't help you with customer support issues. From what I've read, Fitbit ships Monday to Friday. So a few days ago meant you ordered close to the weekend. Today is Tuesday and I'm sure they begin processing in the order they were received. You will get that email when it's been shipped.

Up to till date,have received your order? Just curious because I am experiencing this right now. This seem to be a problem for fitbit whole wide world. If you have received,how long did it took?
