My versa 3 in not showing the correct mileage/mileage when I do a treadmill workout or a spinning workout.  Also, the calories burned seems too low.  Help!

Accepted Solutions

1 ) Treadmill - mileage is calculated as number of steps times stride length.  If you are holding hand rail with Fitbit wrist, those steps likely are not counted, decreasing calculated distance.

2) Spinning mileage is impossible for Fitbit to know, aside from being not particularly meaningful, depending on several factors such as resistance setting on bike, and simulating going uphill or downhill.

3) Calories burned seem too low: impossible to make any judgement without more specifics.  There is not some Fitbit setting that says 'make calorie burn accurate'.
