Hi! I have just upgraded from a Fitbit charge 3 to a versa 3 but I am having trouble setting up the notification from WhatsApp from

 my IPhone. Even if the device is connected and I have done more than once the troubleshooting I can’t get to receive notifications. I have never had issues before. Is there something I can do or that you suggest?

Thank you for informing us about the issues you experienced with your Fitbit Versa 3 and for the troubleshooting steps you’ve performed.

 

Please make sure Do Not Disturb (DND), Focus Mode and Sleep Mode are turned off. For instructions on how to navigate your Watch, please visit this article. You can find some other instructions to resolve issues with notifications in this site.
