i was trying to set an alarm when i found out there was no text and i really want to fix this bug.

To better assist you, would you mind giving more details about what you mean by "there was no text"?
If your Versa 3 is not showing any kind of text whatsoever, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
On the other hand, to set up alarms, please see How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?
