Hi there, @Potoole. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post.
To better assist you, would you mind giving me more details of the issue you're experiencing with your Versa 3? Is the display blank or showing the wrong time and date?
If the screen is just blank, please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
However, if the time is wrong, note that your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Another reason of a wrong time might be after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your Versa 3 is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I fix the time on my Fitbit device?
Hope that helps.
