My versa 3 keeps losing minutes on time

Welcome to our Community @Teresanana! Hope you're doing great.

Try restarting your tracker by following the steps provided here and then make sure to do the following:

1. Open the Settings on the Fitbit app.
2. Tap "App settings"
3. Tap and change "Automatic date and time."
4. Sync your tracker with your mobile device.

You need to also make sure that you have the latest app version of the Fitbit app. You can check if there is an update available by clicking here
