Versa 3 not swiping

My Versa 3 has stopped swiping . Customer Service has said there is a problem with the hardware and needs replacing. This is the third failure of my Fitbit since purchased in March 2022. It was replaced when it developed a fault in December 2023 only for this one  to fail a year later . I am only being offered 30% off a new one . Not fit for purpose.

I understand your frustration. It's definitely not ideal to have experienced multiple issues with your Fitbit.

Unfortunately, our support team's resolutions are final. There aren't many other options for me to provide. Please feel free to contact them back if any further questions arise.

That’s a shame . I have been a loyal customer of Fitbit for ten years. Not anymore, will be buying a competitor's smart watch as a replacement of my failed Fitbit .
