My Versa 3 has stopped swiping . Customer Service has said there is a problem with the hardware and needs replacing. This is the third failure of my Fitbit since purchased in March 2022. It was replaced when it developed a fault in December 2023 only for this one to fail a year later . I am only being offered 30% off a new one . Not fit for purpose.

I understand your frustration. It's definitely not ideal to have experienced multiple issues with your Fitbit.
