Versa 3 not syncing sleep after latest app update

After updating the app on my iPhone to the latest version it is no longer syncing my sleep this has been happening since Saturday 23rd September.

 

I have factory rest my versa 3, signed out of the app and deleted it then downloaded it again and logged in and set the watch up again but none of this has fixed it.

 

the watch has enough battery and I was wearing it and wore it last night but still not syncing the sleep.

 

any suggestions would be approcated
