Fitbit app on my phone shows distance correctly, but my Versa 3 does not. I have attempted factory reset, logging out and back into Fitbit app... But no luck. I am facing this issue for last 5 months. I am not using my phone to track activity, only my Versa 3.

Many users told us that they solved this by manually changing their stride length in the Fitbit app.
Could you please try to manually change your stride length in the Fitbit app ? Can I change my stride length in my Fitbit account?

I did try to manually change my stride length in the fitbit app and I still see the same issue. Distance is logged on the app, but doesnt show on the watch.
